No. You never have to buy anything to join, to be approved or to earn commission. Mike Giannulis's books are sold separately on Amazon. Buying them is optional and has no effect on your approval or your commissions. You also may not buy through your own affiliate link to earn a commission on your own purchase.

Yes. Being a customer doesn't change your approval or commission. If you mention Dictate in a promotion, you may share your genuine experience as a customer, and you should say that you're both a customer and an affiliate.

There are two separate things. Joining the portal is open to anyone who confirms their email and accepts the agreement. Approval to promote happens on each marketplace: JVZoo asks the seller to approve you for the product, Digistore24 needs an accepted partnership, and ClickBank may let you create a link straight away or may require approval. The portal shows where you stand on each one. Joining the portal doesn't guarantee approval on any marketplace.

Use the marketplace where you already have an account, or the one you know best. The product and price are the same on all three. You can select more than one. Right now all three listings are completing review, and the portal shows each one's current status.

The proposed commission is 75% on the $27 Book Blueprint and 50% on the order bump, upsells and payment-plan installments. These rates are proposed. The rate shown on the marketplace for your account is the one that applies, so confirm it there before you promote. The marketplace (JVZoo, ClickBank or Digistore24) tracks sales and pays you directly under its own payout schedule and thresholds. Dictate doesn't handle payouts.

No. Dictate never collects bank, payout or tax information. Provide those only to the marketplace, inside your account there.

Refunds are handled by the marketplace under its refund terms. If a sale is refunded or charged back, the marketplace may reverse the related commission under its own rules. In your promotions, point buyers to the marketplace's refund terms rather than quoting a number of days.

It depends on the marketplace. Each platform sets its own tracking and attribution rules, and they can change. Check the current rules in your platform's affiliate documentation. The portal links to each platform's official help pages.

Yes, on social platforms and search engines, from your own accounts, with a clear disclosure in the ad. Don't make your page or ad look like it comes from Dictate. See the compliance policy for the details.

No. Don't bid on Dictate, startdictate, Mike Giannulis, or close variations and misspellings, and don't use Dictate's brand or domain as your display URL.

Not unless Dictate approves it in writing first. Incentivized traffic (rewards, cashback, paid clicks) is never allowed.

Yes, every time, in plain words, near your link, in each post, email, ad or video. A line in your footer or bio isn't enough on its own. The disclosure guide in the portal has examples for each channel.

You can adjust the tone, length and greeting so it sounds like you. You can't change the price, what the product includes, or the disclosure, and you can't add claims about income, clients, bestseller status, speed or scarcity.

After buying, the buyer books a short strategy call, then does one spoken interview with Silas. The Blueprint is delivered by email as a PDF after that interview. Timing depends on when the buyer schedules the interview, so don't promise a delivery time.

No. Silas is Dictate's AI interviewer. It asks the questions and the buyer answers out loud. Always describe Silas as an AI interviewer.

Yes. The Samples page in the portal has illustrative samples of all four deliverables, made for a fictional author (Avery Quinn and the book The Tuesday Chart). Keep the "Illustrative sample, fictional author" label on anything you share.

Use the support form on the Progress page of the portal, or reply to any program email. Both reach Mike Giannulis, who manages the program. For questions about commissions or payouts, the marketplace's own support team can often answer fastest.

The portal stores your profile details, platform choices, saved links, status updates, agreement acceptance and email preferences. A copy of your profile and program status is kept in our CRM (customer relationship management system) so we can follow up with you. We never store payout, bank or tax details.
