According to JVZoo's own guide for affiliates, you find offers through menus such as Affiliates, then Find products, request approval from the product's affiliate information page, and, once the seller approves you, copy your link from your approved products. Approval depends on the seller: if the seller requires approval, you won't be able to get a link from the listing until you're approved. For campaign tracking, ClickBank supports affiliate tracking parameters such as traffic_source, campaign and creative, added to your HopLink with &. The older TID still works, and ClickBank's guide warns that a dash breaks a TID. Parameter data appears in the Sales Analytics report and the Transaction Detail report, visible to you as the affiliate.

Digistore24's Promolink help page is direct about the key rule: attribution requires a partnership between vendor and affiliate, and without one you receive no commission, even if your promotion generates sales. You request a partnership by clicking Promote now on the marketplace entry. If the vendor approves partners manually, you can follow the request under Sales & partners, then Vendor partnerships, until the vendor accepts it.
Once you're a partner, Digistore24's guide to using a Promolink says you'll find it under Sales & partners, then Content links, then Show promolink. A Promolink contains the product ID and your affiliate ID, and you can add a campaign key to track campaigns separately. Attribution uses a cookie, valid for up to 180 days in regions with stricter data protection rules and up to 365 days in regions like the US, as long as the buyer uses the same device and doesn't click another affiliate's Promolink first.
